Sitdown 3-5 course dinner
Standard sit down dinner with a custom made menu. JCT provides plates, silverware, a server, and the food! Cocktails, mocktails, and wine pairings are offered as well.

Buffet Style
Table setups, chaffing dish buffet setups, charcuterie boards, fruit platters, omelet stations, and much more for groups of 20 or more

Bringing people together through food is what JCT is all about and community dinners and superclubs are our bread and butter!

Passed small plates
Standing event where various small plates are passed around by a server with cocktail napkins usually consisting of 2-5 bites per plate.

THC Infused Fine Dining Sitdown
JCT specializes in Cannabis fine dining providing another dimension to food, infusing plates with high end strains of various THC that is catered to each individual within your party. Someone doesn't want it infused? No problem!

AT JCT we believe in the healing powers of cannabis and want to educate and promote this to all communities everywhere! We provide oil tastings alongside educational information on what is THC and how it works.
